Nokia N8 gets six months free Edge from Airtel
Nokia has collaborated with Airtel to offer six months free EDGE on their recently launched N8 smartphone.
Airtel would offer their 2GB plan free for six months. This plan costs just Rs. 98 in the retail market per month. So essentially, you are getting a Rs. 600 saving on purchasing the N8 through this offer.
Airtel continues to market this plan as unlimited GPRS plan. Tata DOCOMO has a better plan offering 6GB data transfer for around Rs. 100. Aircel apparently has no limits on their Rs. 100 EDGE plan.
