Updates on Twitter are pointing out that Airtel network has pretty much failed in the city of Bangalore.

Customer care is suggesting that it would take them a couple of hours to resolve this latest problem.

A couple of days ago, Airtel GPRS network was struggling in several cities. Though the company never made an official statement.

Remains to be seen if they would come out with a statement later today.

I have a friend who works in Airtel Bangalore and he informs me that Airtel is extremely worried and disgusted about the repeated failures of its network in Bangalore that is being managed by Ericsson.
