Airtel Broadband to provide 2 mbps to all customers on IPL channel on YouTube
YouTube would create history this year by live broadcasting all the IPL matches on their service.
Airtel Broadband is sponsoring the telecast by offering 2mbps speeds to all their customers on the IPL channel on YouTube.
This upgraded speed is being provided to all of their customers for no additional cost.

The only catch is that the data transfer on this channel would be counted on your quota. So if you are on a limited data transfer pack, you are going to reach your limits rather fast.
Also, if you are on a plan that has Fair Usage Policy applicable on it (almost everyone is covered now), you might reach your limits rather fast too.
Still, this is a novel initiative from the company. 2Mbps streaming would ensure that the streaming is smooth for almost everyone.
