Samsung MPower 699 launched in India
Samsung has launched a new mobile phone in the Indian market.
This new handset is the Samsung MPower 699.
The company said that this new phone is the first one here to be an open market handset which enables the customer to use a SIM card from any CDMA provider.
India has three major players in the CDMA market: Reliance Mobile, Tata Indicom and Virgin Mobile.
Until now, the customer was forced to buy a locked handset from the company which was providing the service as well.
